乐鱼6app官网检察机关深化涉案企业合规改革。2023年1月至11月，办理企业合规案件3543件，其中1718家企业整改合格，对2001名责任人依法决定不起诉，对380名责任人向人民法院起诉时提出依法从轻判处的意见；另有38家企业整改不实，企业或责任人被依法追诉。加强与其他执法司法机关协同协作，探索建立中国特色涉案企业合规司法制度。基于良好实践效果，涉案企业合规改革被写入《中共中央国务院关于促进民营经济发展壮大的意见》。
