网络棋牌版“2023年，我们回收了全区220多吨废弃地膜，其中大部分已运往专业公司进行处置。”张国晴介绍，回收站负责中转全区81个村级回收点收集到的废弃地膜。自2018年开始，利州区探索建立了依托供销合作社体系的回收处置模式，每回收1吨废弃地膜，给予回收站2800元补贴。“部分村级回收点依托区里的废品收购点建设，农户直接将废弃地膜卖给收购点，每斤废弃地膜能拿到1元补贴。”张国晴介绍。
