第二批主题教育开展以来，在固原市多家医院，“黄昏门诊”“夜间门诊”“假日门诊”等成为常态。固原市卫生健康委员会副主任马桂玲告诉记者，针对患者反映较为集中的“核磁、CT等检查排队等候时间长”“上班族、学生族错峰就医难”等问题，全市有15家公立医院实行延时医疗，采取“早提前、午不休、晚延长”的方式，方便了患者就医，受到群众好评。

开元娱乐在线2024年已拉开帷幕，外国专家、学者持续关注中国的发展成果与未来蓝图。近日，欧盟亚洲中心副主任马蒂儿(Matic　Gajšek)在接受中新网专访时称，“回望2023年，我们必须要赞扬中国在环境保护方面所展现出的强有力的领导力。” 马蒂儿还表示，“中国是全球产业强国和创新强国之一，其对环境重要性的深刻理解，的确令人敬佩。‘绿水青山就是金山银山’这一科学论断，也为每个人提供了2024年如何采取应对气候变化行动的范例。” 提到对新一年全球发展的期待，马蒂儿希望“2024年的主题是沟通和对话”，因为“当今全球充满变数，动荡不安。他认为，能带来共同繁荣和和平发展的唯一解决之道，就是沟通。”(陈天浩) As we enter 2024, experts and scholars from around the world keep focusing on China's developmental achievements and future plans.
