ky78app开元新华社北京1月12日电 市场监管总局12日发布《防范和查处假冒企业登记违法行为规定》，将于2024年3月15日起施行。规定针对实践中假冒国企央企、知名民企和外资企业违法行为，聚焦违法行为查处、责任追究等关键环节，提出了加强身份核验、实行信息比对核验、完善撤销程序、对已立案查处的企业不予登记、严惩不法中介违法行为等制度措施。
