金光佛316363金光佛网站据了解，最高检联合最高法院完善调阅民事行政诉讼和执行案件卷宗制度，共同规范民事再审检察建议案件办理工作。2023年1月至11月，全国检察机关对认为确有错误的民事裁判提出抗诉3305件，法院已审结2863件，其中改判、发回重审、调解及和解撤诉2676件，改变率93.5%；提出再审检察建议9986件，同比上升12%，采纳率80.3%。对民事审判和执行活动违法情形提出检察建议12.3万件，采纳率94.4%。持续开展虚假诉讼专项监督，依法纠正8765件，起诉虚假诉讼犯罪792人。
