针对部分中介代理协助或教唆申请人提交虚假材料的不法行为，规定明确要求中介机构在办理登记业务时应当标明其代理身份。不得教唆、编造或帮助他人编造、提供虚假信息或材料。不得以转让牟利为目的，恶意大量申请企业登记，损害社会公共利益或者妨碍社会公共秩序。对于中介机构多次从事上述违法行为，或者有其他严重情节的要依法从重处罚。

南宫28ap2024年已拉开帷幕，外国专家、学者持续关注中国的发展成果与未来蓝图。近日，欧盟亚洲中心副主任马蒂儿(Matic　Gajšek)在接受中新网专访时称，“回望2023年，我们必须要赞扬中国在环境保护方面所展现出的强有力的领导力。” 马蒂儿还表示，“中国是全球产业强国和创新强国之一，其对环境重要性的深刻理解，的确令人敬佩。‘绿水青山就是金山银山’这一科学论断，也为每个人提供了2024年如何采取应对气候变化行动的范例。” 提到对新一年全球发展的期待，马蒂儿希望“2024年的主题是沟通和对话”，因为“当今全球充满变数，动荡不安。他认为，能带来共同繁荣和和平发展的唯一解决之道，就是沟通。”(陈天浩) As we enter 2024, experts and scholars from around the world keep focusing on China's developmental achievements and future plans.
