1月12日，崇明建设镇虹桥村上药藏红花基地从业者苏登科告诉记者，崇明具有明显的海洋性气候特征，加上长江及东海水体的调温作用，非常适宜藏红花生长发育。在建设镇藏红花基地室内，栽培室规模近5000平方米，示范种植大田400亩，配套的有种球处理车间，这里开发的藏红花复壮技术，每年可以多产出20%以上的花丝。
