烟台中院审理认为，被告人由某身为国家工作人员，违反国家对毒品及对外贸易管理制度，非法买卖国家禁止进出口的大麻，情节严重，其行为构成走私毒品罪。公诉机关指控的罪名成立。但由某的行为较之为了贩卖而走私毒品，主观恶性较小，且认罪态度较好，予以从轻处罚。遂判决，被告人由某犯走私毒品罪，判处有期徒刑三年，缓刑四年，并处罚金人民币1万元。

youzzjicon2024年已拉开帷幕，外国专家、学者持续关注中国的发展成果与未来蓝图。近日，欧盟亚洲中心副主任马蒂儿(Matic　Gajšek)在接受中新网专访时称，“回望2023年，我们必须要赞扬中国在环境保护方面所展现出的强有力的领导力。” 马蒂儿还表示，“中国是全球产业强国和创新强国之一，其对环境重要性的深刻理解，的确令人敬佩。‘绿水青山就是金山银山’这一科学论断，也为每个人提供了2024年如何采取应对气候变化行动的范例。” 提到对新一年全球发展的期待，马蒂儿希望“2024年的主题是沟通和对话”，因为“当今全球充满变数，动荡不安。他认为，能带来共同繁荣和和平发展的唯一解决之道，就是沟通。”(陈天浩) As we enter 2024, experts and scholars from around the world keep focusing on China's developmental achievements and future plans.
