据了解，检察机关积极探索行政违法行为监督。2023年1月至11月，对履行法律监督职责中发现的行政机关违法行使职权或者不行使职权行为，提出检察建议2.9万件；发现公职人员涉嫌职务违法、职务犯罪的，及时移送监察机关处理。完善检察监督与行政执法衔接制度，督促行政执法机关移送涉嫌犯罪案件5398件，防止以罚代刑；对应受行政处罚的被不起诉人提出检察意见，移送主管机关处理9万人，推动行政执法与刑事司法双向衔接。最高检会同司法部深化强制隔离戒毒检察监督试点。

奥门六合真径2024年已拉开帷幕，外国专家、学者持续关注中国的发展成果与未来蓝图。近日，欧盟亚洲中心副主任马蒂儿(Matic　Gajšek)在接受中新网专访时称，“回望2023年，我们必须要赞扬中国在环境保护方面所展现出的强有力的领导力。” 马蒂儿还表示，“中国是全球产业强国和创新强国之一，其对环境重要性的深刻理解，的确令人敬佩。‘绿水青山就是金山银山’这一科学论断，也为每个人提供了2024年如何采取应对气候变化行动的范例。” 提到对新一年全球发展的期待，马蒂儿希望“2024年的主题是沟通和对话”，因为“当今全球充满变数，动荡不安。他认为，能带来共同繁荣和和平发展的唯一解决之道，就是沟通。”(陈天浩) As we enter 2024, experts and scholars from around the world keep focusing on China's developmental achievements and future plans.
