佳博体育软件据了解，检察机关积极探索行政违法行为监督。2023年1月至11月，对履行法律监督职责中发现的行政机关违法行使职权或者不行使职权行为，提出检察建议2.9万件；发现公职人员涉嫌职务违法、职务犯罪的，及时移送监察机关处理。完善检察监督与行政执法衔接制度，督促行政执法机关移送涉嫌犯罪案件5398件，防止以罚代刑；对应受行政处罚的被不起诉人提出检察意见，移送主管机关处理9万人，推动行政执法与刑事司法双向衔接。最高检会同司法部深化强制隔离戒毒检察监督试点。
