我国始终是人工智能治理的积极倡导者和实践者。2021年9月，国家新一代人工智能治理专业委员会发布了《新一代人工智能伦理规范》，强调将伦理道德融入人工智能全生命周期。2023年10月，我国在第三届“一带一路”国际合作高峰论坛期间发布《全球人工智能治理倡议》，围绕人工智能发展、安全、治理三方面系统阐述了人工智能治理中国方案，充分体现了我国在处理人工智能治理问题上的大国担当。

74249cσm2024年已拉开帷幕，外国专家、学者持续关注中国的发展成果与未来蓝图。近日，欧盟亚洲中心副主任马蒂儿(Matic　Gajšek)在接受中新网专访时称，“回望2023年，我们必须要赞扬中国在环境保护方面所展现出的强有力的领导力。” 马蒂儿还表示，“中国是全球产业强国和创新强国之一，其对环境重要性的深刻理解，的确令人敬佩。‘绿水青山就是金山银山’这一科学论断，也为每个人提供了2024年如何采取应对气候变化行动的范例。” 提到对新一年全球发展的期待，马蒂儿希望“2024年的主题是沟通和对话”，因为“当今全球充满变数，动荡不安。他认为，能带来共同繁荣和和平发展的唯一解决之道，就是沟通。”(陈天浩) As we enter 2024, experts and scholars from around the world keep focusing on China's developmental achievements and future plans.
