竞博电竞客户端平台首日的年会中，国家体育总局党组成员、副局长刘国永以视频方式讲话，要求青少年体育战线要围绕青少年健康成长、健康第一这个根本全方位做好青少年体育工作，在青少年健康促进方面发挥体育作用，在竞技体育人才培养方面打牢基础。全国青少年体育联合会理事长韦迪在工作报告中，回顾了联合会自实体化改革以来七年的工作成效，总结了2023年的主要工作情况，对2024年工作进行了展望。韦迪表示：新的阶段要重点发挥服务政府、服务行业、服务会员、服务群众的“四服务”作用”，要站在国家和体育事业发展大局中统筹谋划发展，凝聚各方力量，担起行业协会的职责，引导行业规范自律、健康发展，推动各方面工作再上新台阶。
